Project Based Learning
At Humanitree, learning is focused on equipping children for a dynamic and evolving world through a Project-Based Learning approach. Students are encouraged to take ownership of their education by questioning, thinking independently, and critically evaluating the information they encounter. Our projects are rooted in community relevance, challenging students to solve real-world problems and fostering growth and development at every turn.
International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
Humanitree is an authorised IB world school and offers the IB Diploma Programme to all Flight students. The IB Diploma Programme is a comprehensive course of studies designed to be undertaken during the final two years of High School. It is recognised as one of the best preparations for university and helps students to develop valuable life skills.
The Mexican National Programme
Humanitree está acreditada por la Secretaría de Educación Pública (SEP), en sus distintos niveles académicos Preescolar, Primaria, Secundaria y Bachillerato.
Los planes y programas se forman al combinar los estándares de la currícula interna de Humanitree con los propuestos por la SEP.
Las actividades realizadas en el idioma español en Preescolar son de una hora a la semana y en Primaria de una hora diaria. En Secundaria y Bachillerato se imparten en español las asignaturas de Lengua y Literatura e Historia.
Technology at Humanitree
Technology at Humanitree supports New Learning Paradigms such as collaboration, creativity, communication and critical thinking using the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) Standards .
Industry standard networks permeate school, providing filtered services for all. Digital Literacy Coaches support children and staff and we use the Common Sense Media to nurture digital citizenship.
We are also an Apple Distinguished School and we have a 1:1 iPad programme which uses Apple Classroom and School Work to connect students and teachers.
